forever, O Lord, Your word is firmly fixed in the heavens above
because You teach me Your statutes, my lips pour forth praise
at midnight i rise to praise You, for Your rules are right
to meditate on Your promise, my eyes are awake before the watches of the night
You have founded the earth, and it stands fast; Your faithfulness endures for all days
teach me Your statutes, O Lord, for the earth is full of Your steadfast love
i long for Your salvation, O Lord, and Your law is my delight
Your testimonies are righteous forever; that i may live, give me insight
i hate every false way for i consider Your precepts to be right
since Your commandments are my delight, lead me in the way of Your Word
I have hoped in Your Word; therefore, those who fear You shall see me and rejoice
right are Your rules, and righteous are You, O Lord
therefore i love Your commandments above gold, above fine gold
the law of Your mouth is better to me than mountains of riches untold
how sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter even than honey for my mouth to hold
You have commanded Your precepts to be kept diligently
forever and ever i will keep Your law consistently
and since i have sought Your precepts i shall walk in a wide place
be gracious to me according to Your promise; with all my heart Your favor is my prayer
as is Your way with those who love Your name, turn to me and show me Your grace
keep steady my steps according to Your promise, and let no iniquity ensnare
blessed are those whose walk is blameless, who, with the law of the Lord, keep pace
with my lips all the rules of Your mouth i declare
i will lift up my hands to Your commands, which i love, and to Your statutes render thought
i promise to keep Your words, for You, O Lord, are my lot
